I have always liked the look of the American Flag. I use the image occasionally in my artwork. One of my artist colleagues commented that using the American flag can come with "baggage." Considering our current administration and the unrest in our country, I suppose she is right. This image is from a photo I took at a rodeo in Santa Fe during a road trip. Was it meant to be a political or social statement? I don't know. I will let the viewer decide.
