Hampton Stephens is a contemporary expressionist painter. She studied studio art at Washington and Lee University in Virginia before earning a Master of Architecture from Georgia Tech in 2003. Her architectural training continues to inform her approach to perspective, structure, spatial relationships, and light.
Stephens' practice brings together her interests in art, music, architecture, and design, which she considers part of an ongoing creative conversation.
